Combined Arms is honored to have been selected by El Paso County and the many incredible stakeholders and leaders who are involved in serving the resilient Paso Del Norte and Borderplex region to lead this Needs Assessment. After conducting similar Needs Assessments in other parts of Texas, the El Paso community’s response has been overwhelmingly the highest and most successful - a true reflection of the resilience and connectedness of the region’s leaders and people. There is, of course, a lot of work ahead of all of us to solve some of the problems identified here.
